# 3rd party notification email on errors

Context:  
After having a noloco error with docsautomator where the document workflow had been working for a year no issue and this week the workflow was running called docsautomator and generating a document but then not passing it back to noloco.

Idea:  
Some notification email to inform team admins of an error when creating a document via docsautomator or any 3rd party tool like openai for example.

The reason for this is:

1. Each document creation costs money, the client was repeatedly hitting the generate button and was burning through credits as there was no feedback that the document .
2. Normally when a client is generating documents they are very important part of the process and without feedback there is something wrong it takes longer to fix.
