# Action button "Show Record" doesnt render Markdown

When I use an Action Button “Show Record” and display a Textfield that uses Markdown, it is not rendered but rather the Markdown Syntax is shown.

For example Bold Text isnt bold but just \*\* Like this \*\*  
(Added space after \*\* so it isnt seen as markup here)

Just to rule-out the obvious did you choose “Display As” Markdown?
