# Better management of record detail templates

One thing that is easy to do in Noloco is to make a mess of your record detail templates.

You often need multiple views of the same data, which Noloco will create new layouts for; and you end up struggling to remember which is which. Typically this ends in;

Inconsistent experience for users  
Difficult maintenance for developers

It would be fantastic to manage these _away_ from the App itself, and be able to browse through each template; see listed which app pages are currently using them, merge, disable and delete them.

I’d also love to see that for **forms** too as they suffer from the same issues.
