# Button error - Create new record

Hello,

We are encountering an error with a button we created. The button is intended to copy a fields from one record (a Contact record) and use these fields to populate a related Business record. In short, if we add a new Contact, we would like to be able to create a new related Business from this Contact record.

This is the config of the button on the Contact record:

This is the error upon submitting the form:

Interestingly, this worked for one Contact test record but is not working with another. Both Contact records had the same fields populated so, we are unsure why this does not work all the time.
