# Cannot not change visibility on folder

When I have a page inside a folder, I am unable to change the visibility of that folder. Whenever I select the folder, it always navigates to the page and the side panel always displays options for that page. In order to change any properties of the folder I have to remove the items inside the folder first, then I can change things like visibility or pathing.

I could be missing something here as I know this used to work just fine.
