# Changing Primary Field to a Formula Field

Hi, [this documentation](https://guides.noloco.io/data/data-overview/setting-a-collections-primary-field) suggests that a formula field can be used a primary field in Noloco tables. But I don’t see this option available on my formula column’s settings. Is this option still available?

Hey @Amt718 - I think this was only a temporary issue,

You should now be able to set formula fields as primary keys again:
