# Creation of Collection Filters Fields from Text Fields, not just Drop Downs

It would be great to be able to use text fields for collection filter fields, rather than just drop down fields. The functionality in the collection filter fields is great, just limiting (or duplicative) to have to use drop down fields all the time.
