# Custom Domain needs verifying (24h) - but waited +3 days

Hi,

I get this message when trying to verify my custom domain:

Im not sure if I filled in everything correctyl at my domain host [Simply.com](http://Simply.com)

Is there something else I need to do?

E.g. I only have domain now, no hosting.

Hi @Landbronx - thanks for letting us know, sometimes for top level domain names (not subdomains they are harder for us to verify).

I have activated your domain for you and it looks like it’s setup correctly

Hi, I’m having the same problem.  
Maybe I did something wrong when configuring app.acvv.pro

Sorry about the delay, certain domain formats have trouble automatically verifying, but I’ve activated it for you now and it should be ready to use.
