# Dynamic Form Filters don't seem to be available any more

@darragh I have more than a few of these that I previously set up using the procedure here

I no longer see the option to use a Form Value only

and when I went back to the a currently working instance to make sure I was doing it correctly I see

This has to be important to a lot of people.

Hey @BillHoare

This usually happens when the field you’ve chosen:

- No longer exists
- Is no longer a valid option (based on a change in the field type, or an adjacent field type)
- The ‘Agency’ field’s type has changed which changes the valid options you have

That’s why I went back and checked the previous filters. Every one I’ve found on my test and live app shows the same error. I didn’t make any changes. Plus I can’t set up any new ones that work.

By in app chat do you mean the bot?

You can ask to speak to our team, if the bot can’t help (such as this case).

In case anyone in the future searches and finds this thread, @Darragh worked with me on this and resolved the issue. So thanks again for the guidance and assistance.
