Lengthen auto-close time for Intercom tickets

Hi Noloco,

I’d like to request extending the automatic closure of Noloco tickets to at least 5 days. This has happened many times to me where I’ll have a ticket I didn’t get to over the weekend, and after sitting for just 3 days, it automatically completes.

The reality is that I can’t get to many tickets for 3-5 days because I’m very busy. This is a massive inconvenience for builders, but also for yourselves because we’ll have to create another ticket (which I keep doing) in order to “resume” the old one, which means the context needed for you to resolve them efficiently is split up, leading to more noise for yourselves.

5-7 days would be such a help.
