# @mentions in rich text fields

It would be very useful to be able to @mention people within rich text fields, coming from other platforms users would often @mention people directly within rich text fields instead of in a separate comment.

E.g. A user may @mention someone to review a bit of text / get their opinion without sending a separate comment asking them to check field x
