# Message after record saved

Hi there. After a form had been saved, I received the following message. This is a little weird because shortly after, once I click refresh, the record appears. Any idea what could be causing this?

This can happen if your permissions rules don’t permit you to see the record you’ve just created, or if there’s a temporary issue with your API, maybe after changing a field type (or something similar).

If reloading the page worked for you, it was probably the latter.

But if it’s still happening, let us know, and send us the link to the page and we can investigate for you
