# Mulitple users rate a list of applicants

Hi - I am going round in circles, can you help!
We have a blind recruitment process, applicants submit the answers to 4 questions and I want the team to read the answers and then select to decline them or shortlist them.
I have built a screen with action button to update either the decline or shortlist on each record, I have set it so that we can have multiple users in each field HOWEVER rather than just add the new user to the field it updates and removes the other user…
Would a link table be my solution? The out some I want it to have a list of shortlisted applicants ranked by number of votes from the team.
