# Possible to create pins from the Map display?

The maps display is fantastic for showing pin information. Is there a way to create pins from the map display?

Great question @Ben , how would you imagine this working?

You click on the map and you’re brought to the form with those values prefilled?

Yeah, ideally the form would show alongside the map too. That way there’s full Create as well as read and update capabilities.
