# Save Collection View as Template/Symbol

It would be nice if it was possible to save a certain Collection View (eg. A Table or Kanban Board) as Symbol or Template and be able to add it to other Pages.

The Problem we ran into a lot is that We carefully build one Collection certain fields visible and certain Record Buttons but then we need that same view in 3 different places. Not only does it take a lot of time and effort to rebuild the thing 3 times but makes updates and changes also becomes a pain very quickly.

I think for this to really make sense tho it would be important to be able to edit Filters (and Record Buttons) Instance-specific.

For Example a Table with all reports on a dashboard and a table with Project specific Reports in a Project Record-Page
