Say you have a card view of some collection. And say a field shown on every card is displayed as a button. Right now, all you can do is program that button to open your field’s value (link, generally) in your current tab or a new tab.

**Request**

- Would love if fields displayed as buttons could be treated as regular action buttons.
- In other words, they could have multiple steps, icons, trigger workflows, trigger a modal, etc.
- I realize the obvious workaround is to use an actual action button or record button, but there are some instances where the button needs to be a field displayed as a button, so that it is fixed (always displays on-screen, rather than only upon hover).
