# Unable to Publish - Must be looged in

I’m trying to (test mode) publish. Noloco throws an error and says says I “must be logged in”. I am logged in! Refreshing doesn’t help. You have to logout and then login again. Then after a while the error comes up again forcing yet another logout and login.

So something is timing out even though I’m logged in. It’s just that Noloco doesn’t quite get it.

Hey @PeterJ could you reach out to our support team about this, using the ‘Support’ button in the top right of your app (in your screenshot).

They should be able to troubleshoot.

There could be an issue with your role, and without knowing which account, app and workspace you’re in, we can’t troubleshoot.
