# Workflow - send email action: Add preview text configuration

Currently, when you send an email via workflow \> ‘send email’ action the subject line gets displayed several times. The subject line appears as following:

1. Email subject
2. Email body
3. Email preview text (here 2 times, because it takes the subject line and the first line of the body, which is the subject line).

Our users find this really confusing because they read the subject line several times and miss the important information. It looks like spam or a misconfigured email.

The proposed solution is to provide the ‘preview text’ as a configuration field in the ‘send email’ action. This would solve this issue.

Now I send the email via Airtable, which is a real shame.

If this would be resolved I immediately would purchase the SMTP add-on and push-out all notification emails from Noloco.
