.GIF files are currently not accepted in attachment/file upload fields. This is a critical file type for our business and by not allowing them to be uploaded means we can’t accept certain orders.
Hi @alexpelham .GIF is a file type we support in File fields. If you can send us an email at support@noloco.io with the app name and the attachment you are trying to upload, we can take a look at this and see why it’s not allowing you to upload it.
