When using a workflow to access the address subfield within a Google Validated Street Address field any leading zeros are removed from Zipcodes even when the Postal Code subfield is copied to a text (string) field. This essentially leaves this entire process essentially useless as any addresses with zipcodes that start with zero are then incorrect.
A workflow is the only way I have found to reformat the address to the standardised layout used in the US.
Is this likely to be resolved anytime soon? I am trying to establish if we need to rebuild the system ditching the Google Validated Street Address field as it continues to cause issues for my client.
