Monthly calendar cell height should be configurable

Currently, the monthly calendar view has a fixed cell height. When there are many events on a day, the remaining events are collapsed into “+N more,” making it difficult to see all schedules at a glance.

Please add an option that lets users choose whether monthly calendar cells use a fixed height or expand automatically based on the number of events, similar to Notion’s monthly calendar. This would allow users to view all events directly in the monthly view when they prefer, while retaining the fixed-height layout as an option.

Thanks for the feedback @JHT - definitely something we’ll keep in mind as we redesign the calendar

If the cells expand automatically, would you want to need to scroll down to see the whole month?

At the moment we make sure you can see every day of the month without scrolling

Yes, I think it would be better if all the schedules remained visible, even when scrolling down.

But ideally, users would be able to choose between the current layout and scrolling down.
