This week’s updates focused on making data editing smoother and refining some of the default behaviors across views and tables.
Cleaner scrollbars in the Data tab
We improved scrolling behavior in data tables by removing redundant scrollbars and reducing unnecessary visual clutter around them.
The result is a cleaner, more focused table experience, especially when working with larger datasets.
Nola can now update more of your app settings
Nola can now help update more app settings directly, including areas like custom code and themes.
This makes it easier to make app-level changes without jumping through as many manual setup steps.
Improved pagination controls
We updated pagination behavior and presentation to make record-heavy views clearer and easier to navigate.
Better default sorting behavior in block pages
For block-based pages, “Let users sort” is now turned off by default.
This helps keep pre-configured views more predictable and reduces the need for additional setup when working with curated content and limited-result blocks.
More reliable back navigation from linked records
Back navigation now works more reliably when opening linked records from side panels.
This resolves a long-standing issue where opening a linked record could sometimes leave you without an easy way to return to where you started.
More reliable rollup updates
Rollup fields now update more reliably when related records change.
This helps ensure aggregated values stay up to date and reduces the need for manual refreshes or workarounds.
Thanks for all the feedback and feature requests.
We’ll be back next week with another round of updates ![]()
