Hey everyone 
Big news from the Noloco team, we’re looking for an ambitious, and talented Community & Education Lead to join the team!
I’m really excited for this role, because it will mean a better, more active community, and better educational content so new Noloco users and experts alike can master the platform, and that the voice of the community will be hear loud and clear by the product team.
Your primary mission will be to engage, educate, and activate Noloco’s community. You’ll be responsible for:
- Increasing community engagement in our forum (here)
- Creating engaging educational content to help users get the most out of Noloco
- Managing social engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube and Review platforms
- Creating and running community events, sessions, workshops and collaborations
- Monitoring and tracking user feedback, online discussions, and sentiment
