Summary: When a user clicks on a the link in an email generated by an @mention on a record comment, from a mobile device in which they have not recently logged on to the app, they are brought to a blank page within the app, but not to the app login screen.
How we replicated the issue with 3 separate users:
Device: iPhone
Browser: Safari
Email App: Outlook
User on iPhone received an email notification due to an @mention on a record comment in Noloco.
User clicked link, which directed to Safari
The page brought them to the app, in an “Error” space we set up for users who try to log in with no role set (since if they don’t meet any criteria for access to Spaces, they see everything). <== This should have brought them to the app’s login screen
Navigating to the app directly shows the user is not logged in.
User logs into the app normally, then clicks the link from the email again, navigation to the record is successful.
