New Plans and synced row breakdown requests

Hi @Darragh, seen the new plans today, can I confirm that business plan as below is 100,000 records synced from mysql (in my case) + 100,000 records in Noloco tables, so a total of 200,000?

  • Starter: 10,000 total records per app, with 5,000 synced records
  • Pro: 50,000 total records per app, with 25,000 synced records
  • Business: 200,000 total records per app, with 100,000 synced records

All our data in synced from mysql, we don’t use Noloco tables and I think I’ll be getting close to the 100,000 in the next year or so. Is it possible in the future that we could get a breakdown in the billing section of records per table & queries? Most of my reporting is done via pivottable queries which I think adds to my count significantly so would be good to know.

I know you kindly sent me a breakdown when setting this up but would be handy if we had a way to see where the bloat was on a monthly basis.

Cheers

Yep that’s right!

For the business plan, we added 50,000 rows to to both the total and the synced numbers that you previously had.

In effect, giving you double the number of synced rows that you previously had.

From April 1st, we’ll also support automatic upgrades of limits of rows on the Business plan, when you exceed 200,000 or 100,000 respectively.

A breakdown per table is a great idea - I’ll see what my team can do :rocket:

Thank you.
Would that mean an auto upgrade from Business to Enterprise if we break through the 100,000 synced rows?

Not exactly - just an add-on to your plan, considerably cheaper than an Enterprise upgrade.

I’d encourage you to review your usage over the next month or so and see where you land

Chiming in here quickly… How many added synced records at what price point can we expect under the new structure ?

The full details are on our pricing page, but here’s a summary:

  • It’s $75 for an additional 25,000 records (synced or not synced)
  • You can have a maximum of 250,000 synced records
  • You can have a maximum of 350,000 total records

You’ll need to talk to our Sales team to go above those limits on an Enterprise plan

It would be awesome if you make this add-on available to other paid plans too!
