What am I missing here, I can’t seem to get the send invitation workflow to function. It’s in my “Personnel” table which is where my user list is pulled from. When I try to select the email the invitation could be sent to it’s not available and it doesn’t work if I just use the Id. What should I be doing to get this to work?

The “user” should be the Noloco user, not an email address.
