Stages like object displayed in tables, better styling of table cell contents

We had a request from a client to add a stages like graphic in the collections view. We accomplished this by adding some custom code but would be a nice feature to have the ability to customize the styling of the cell contents of a table better. See field “Pipeline Current Stage” in image for example
