Stripe - Noloco integration using Make

Hi Noloco Team,

I’m exploring an integration between Stripe and Noloco using Make (formerly Integromat) and would appreciate your guidance.

We’d like to implement Stripe’s pre-authorization feature, where a customer’s credit card is placed on hold the day before their appointment, and the actual charge is applied the day after the service is completed. Our goal is to automate this flow within Noloco so sales agents can:

  • Enter or associate credit card information securely within a Noloco booking record
  • Trigger a pre-authorization via Stripe the day before the appointment
  • Automatically charge the customer the day after the appointment

We’re unsure about how to structure this automation using Make and whether the data flow from Noloco to Stripe can support these time-based triggers. Is this setup even possible with current Noloco + Stripe capabilities? And if so, is there a tutorial or any documentation that could guide us through configuring it?

Hey @Peter - good question.

Did you look into doing this with our native integration or does it have to be with Make?

I’m not super familiar with pre-auth to be honest with you but this series of tutorials seems to have a ton of info on setting this up in Make:

Would you be able to use those webhooks then in Noloco?
