Unable to use the template Client Project Management Portal

Hi team, i am unable to create a new app using an existing template in the noloco library.

When selecting the template, and giving it a unique app name, it says cloning app, but then returns me to creating a unique app name.

Specifically, it is Noloco the Client Project Management Portal by Kieran Saunders. I’ve tried the following:

  • Using different browsers (chrome, firefox, safari) when creating the template
  • Using different unique app names
  • Tried deleting previous applications and selecting a new workspace to create the template into

I’ve attached a screenshot of what happens after it tries to ‘clone my app’ (I’m limited in only uploading one photo here) of what happens when I try to recreate the template. I’m on the starter plan if that helps.

Hoping someone can help here - thank you!

Mike

After cloning app, it takes me back to this screen:

Hey @mcali, welcome to the community! :waving_hand:

Thank you for flagging this with us, and sorry to hear you are encountering an issue while trying to clone this specific template. I’ve flagged it with our engineering team so they can investigate what is causing this to happen. Please allow our team at least 1 - 3 days to investigate this. You can also send us an email at support@noloco.io if you want to follow up on this. We’ll keep you posted on any updates on this.

Thank you David for the response. Appreciate your support on this one!

No problem at all, Mike. This should now be fixed, and you should be able to use the template and create your new app. Thank you again for flagging this with us, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Let us know if you have any questions @mcali

Thanks for the reply Kieran. Ive managed to import it. I will carve out some time to play around and customise. I may potentially be looking externally to help build this thing out, or at least a consult to see if my vision for my customer portal is possible within noloco. After ive had some time to use the template a bit and depending on how i go, would you be open to having a consult for implementation / customisation support? A discovery call may be a good first step. Thanks Kieran, Michael

of course happy to help.

you can book a discovery call via our website.
