hey, Is it possible to copy a Noloco system including an Airtable databse?
So I want to build a finished system and then copy it to give it to another customer as well.
To be clear, are you hoping to create copy of the Airtable base, or use the same base?
If you’ve only got one base connected to the app, this is entirely possible, by pressing ‘Clone’ from portals.noloco.io
Then you’ll be given the opportunity to swap it in for a copy of the base (which you can do in Airtable).
After that, we can transfer the new app to a new paid plan, if you need us to
Exactly, I also want to copy the airtable base in order to copy the entire system. Is that possible?
Exactly - you need to do that in Airtable, and then choose the new base when you’re replacing the base when cloning in Noloco

I’ve tried doing that (cloning the Airtable base, and selecting “replace” when cloning my Noloco app), but I get “Error: The fields in the source you provided do not match the fields in the template provided. These fields are missing:…”.
I’ve tried cloning the Airtable base with and without keeping data, but I get the same issue.
Any idea how to fix that ?

There should be an option to skip the “missing” fields.
That’s the solution.
If they’re missing, it’s probably because there have been a lot of changes to your base since you first added it to Noloco and some of the names don’t match what the cloned would does, and we can’t fully reconciliate them.
Skipping these shouldn’t cause any problems though
