Add a URL for a record in workflow generated email

Hi, I am sure it is obvious but despite looking around I cannot find how to add a link back to a record in a workflow generated email.

My use case is that when a new record of a certain type is created it emails users with a summary of the record and a link back to the full record.

Any help greatly appreciated.
