Certain steps of workflow not running

Hi, I’m having trouble with certain steps of my workflow. The step to create a task is working except for the link to the appointment which should link to the record that triggered the workflow. (See image 1)

The push notification doesn’t seem to work at all. (image 2) I’m still in test mode but the user that should receive it is an admin and I did publish changes.

Is it possible that this isn’t working because we just went over our synced record limit? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hi @marisa - I’ve taken a look at your workflow, and it appears that maybe the field for “Users” you were using is now invalid which would probably explain that.

Perhaps this is what you’re looking for? (without the Invalid Item of course)

Hi @darragh I should have clarified, this is regarding the workflow called “Add todo task + notification to specialist” or at the url ending in: /workflows/13363

I think you may have looked at one of the old ones I haven’t deleted yet.

Following up on this @marisa - do the notifications show up in the Notification center?
