I’ve been experimenting on a test database with the new pivot tables and believe I’ve discovered a bug in the way dates are being rolled up. In short, it will take a date (July 3) but place the rolled up amount into a June column or a April-June quarter. I avoided having first day of month or last day of month included in the data to rule out possible time zone issues so I don’t believe it’s that.
If you can take a look it’s on a page I added for experimenting. There are three collections with the same selection, the top is just a listing grouped the same as the pivot tables, the second a pivot table using month groupings, and the third using quarters.
