Field gets unselect/unclicked

I am having the following issue and I thing that maybe it’s a Bug…

1. KWR Process: I complete a field (a Single Select field, “Requiere KWR”). Once I choose “Requiere,” the other fields appear, and I update them.

2. Documentos Redacción Section: After switching to other user (who has permission to edit that section) and completing the URL Post field, the field I updated in step 1 reverts to its default (unselected) state. (This user has only visibility of a field in the KWR Process detail section (URL Estructura)).

3. I switch back to the first user to see if he can view the KWR Process details section, but it went back to default…

Any ideas on what I should do?
