Not really a “bug” as such but wasn’t sure where to report.
Been playing with HS integration, really great work!
But the deal pipeline comes in as a separate table, which is good, but makes setting up a sales kanban board a bit tricky:
- Can only order A-Z/Z-A in kanban, so had to rename my pipeline stages with numbers - OK for me but might cause issues for others
- Because linked field, there is no way to show columns with no current deals in them, which is a bit of an issue for me! Perhaps an option to show empty?
Also, I’ve noticed:
- In Make webhook, you get very little details about the HS record in the webhook response
- When I added Notes, companies and contacts were named the wrong way round somehow

We agree with pretty much everything you’ve said.
Trying to Fit the hubspot model into our typical table model came with some trade-offs, the main one being around pipelines stages, which are neither single-option fields, nor linked fields…
We’ll definitely take this into account though and see what we can do as the integration evolves!

@darragh let me dig out that notes issues and I’ll report back.
Another issue I’m facing now; I can’t seem to move deals in the pipeline.
If I try to drag, nothing happens. If I try to do via form I get:
Something went wrong submitting the form
Pipeline Stage must contain a valid stage for the selected pipeline
Note that the Pipeline Stages look OK, and all associated to the Pipeline.
But in the Pipeline table, only some of the stages are listed as linked fields.
Also I’ve noticed in the UUID for the stages, some of them have valid looking UUIDs (numbers) but some of them are text, not sure why, these look like they could be old out-the-box stages perhaps?

@darragh Any advice on how I can get changes to deal stages working?
I can deal with the empty stages etc, it’s more how I can’t currently change the pipeline stage, even via a form. Thanks

You’ll see you can’t drag a recordr (please feel free to test). And if you click into a record and use the Update button and try and change Pipeline Stage, you’ll see it throws error. Have tried figuring it out myself but no joy!
