Link HubSpot data to Noloco tables

Good afternoon,

Is it not currently possible to link HubSpot data to Noloco tables?

I have a Noloco table called Project and I have created a linked record field to the HubSpot Task table, however when I try to link a task to a project the link is almost instantly removed.

I’m assuming when Noloco syncs with HubSpot it removes the link, is this expected behaviour? Is there anything I can do to resolve it?

EDIT: I realise actually that my projects are linking successfully to Companies in HubSpot so not sure why I can’t get them to link to Tasks? I’ve tried re-creating the field numerous times with different names etc. but no luck getting it to work…

I’ve also been able to get the HubSpot tasks to link successfully to records in my Noloco “Hour” table so really no idea why I can’t link to Projects?!

Hey @EthosLuke sounds like it might be specific to your table / field names, if you want to send us the link to the tables maybe we can take a closer look

Sure here are some links, I have somehow managed to link a task to a project - I think by editing in the data tables (although this wasn’t originally working when I posted this). But trying to link a task to a project (even if creating a new task via the related task collection on project view) through the app doesn’t want to work.

Additionally, I have a simple duration field on the tasks “Planned Hrs” and it does not allow me to save any data to this field.

I think I might know what’s happening actually - it’s related to mixing Hubspot fields with Noloco fields

You should be able to add the field to the Project table, although the way you’ve set it up is more correct

I’ll flag this with Engineering
