Linked records not syncing from Noloco to Airtable

I have a table called Tasks with a self-linked field “Subtasks”, I also have a rollup field in Airtable to rollup some data from the subtasks, but I have just noticed that this isn’t updating correctly.

Upon further inspection it looks as though Noloco is keeping track of the Subtasks inside it’s database but is not syncing it back into Airtable.

A couple screenshots for example:

Record 1370 has 3 subtasks:

The same record in Airtable shows no subtasks:

Other linked record fields to other tables are working fine, it appears to just be the self-linked fields that aren’t syncing across. Linking them in Airtable seems to sync to Noloco too, it’s just when linking in Noloco it doesn’t sync in Airtable.

Do you know if those tasks were recently updated?

We did have a problem before with self-linked tables in Airtable, but it should be fixed now.

Everything else looks to be correct anyway (following our usual troubleshooting)

Yes they had been updated this week.

Unfortunately the issue still seems to be present, I’ve just added a new subtask called “test subtask 20/11/24” to task ID 1370 but it has not linked in AT.
