Multiple attachment in Tables: A view that does't kill the layout

We have a lot of cases where we have multiple Files in one attachment field and we want to access those directly from the table view.

However there is currently no way to display attachment fields in a way that multiple attachments don’t blow up the layout by making the row very high.

Would be great to have a “Minimal” option where you see a preview of the first document and eg 3 dots to let you know there are more attatchments still.

You could consider changing the display to ‘Filename’ which might be more condensed

We’re thinking about different options here in the future though, so this feedback is very helpeful

I’d love to see this as well. I’ve resorted to work arounds like display to “Filename” which helps but is less than ideal especially since 95% of filenames are gibberish. Hate to rip off airtable too much but there are UI features like this that they have done really well with.
