New Calender Item: Cannot set date?

When creating a new record within the Calender view, i cannot edit the date fields.

Not sure if this is intentional but it feels more like a bug to me thats why i’m posting here.

If I want to add something to a calender, the whole point is to set the date and time. But its not possible?

Edit: Okay so if I’m in in month view, new records go from today 00:00 to tomorrow 00:00 by default. That means if i switch to day/week view after creating them, i cannot even drag them to the desired lenght because they technically already span to days.

Hi @_4N - as you’ve updated, this is only if you choose the dates in advance from the calendar

but I see what you’re saying about time, that’s certainly a limitation at this point in time

Hm yea I get the Idea but tbh the way it is not is very intuitive.

If I want to plan an appointment in the future, I want to be able to click on that day and then adjust the time.
Could you not just make the prefilled date fields editable again? That way, the day is selected but you can still edit the time.
