Pivot Table Subgroups header name bugs

When multiple column groups are specified (ie main column group and 1 or 2 subgroups) the summary column is showing “UNDEFINED” as a header. I would expect The summary column to either have a blank header for the subgroups or to actually show the summary of the subgroups. Also, when adding multiple values to pivot tables with subgroups it seems that header fields will show NULL when it’s a part of a subgroup. I would expect this to be blank or some indication that it’s a part of a subgroup. See picture for details, in it I would expect the NULL header to be blank is both “Admin Fees Taken” and “MRF FY Poundage Sourced Percent” are a part of the “FY 2025” subgroup. I would also expect the two “UNDEFINED” headers to either be blank since they are a rollup summary or to have the same column grouping behavior as the reset of the table. Would be a bonus if the summary column had the same grouping as the rest of the table AND showed a full rollup summary like it shows now.
