I have a rollup field in one of my tables, this field sums up a calculated field in another table, this previously was working fine but of late, the rollup field is no longer updating when an entry is made, but if that entry is edited then the rollup field updates. So the workaround we have is to edit every entry so that this field updates something that is inconveniencing, what is the cause and how can I fix it

No fix yet on this issue, it’s basically distorting how our apps are operating.

Hey folks - thanks for all your help with debugging this issue.
We released an update to rollups over the weekend and from all customers we’ve spoken with, this has solved any issues they’ve had with it.
If you’re still running into problems, reach out to our support team with the tables and fields and they’ll be able to direct them to the Engineering team.
We might also need to “recalculate” your rollup values, so if you have older values that need correcting, let us know
