Hello everybody,

I have a contract and assetmanagement system for my clients. Here we manager their contract and assets with them. For us it is important to act at the right moment. That is why we want to be able to sent reminder when a contract expires. Is it possible the sent a mail when de reminder date is expired? Right now i only see a way to sent a mail when a record changes. But the record for the contract is already made but the reminder should be sent like 3 months later. Is that possible with the workflows or should i work with make for that?

Great question.

We wouldn’t have a way to to that at the moment, except maybe by setting up a view in your app, that’s filtered for expired reminder dates, that you would be able to manually check each day and click an action button on each for.

As an alternative, you could setup a query in Make to filter by records that are expired, and then do the automation there, as you suggested
