Something wrong with upload picture from zapier to a record in Noloco

Hey,

I have a zapier that upload pictures to a record. It have been working great last year but about 1-2 weeks its only upload one of two pictures. In zapier the logs

It should have two pictures, see zapier log,

I tried with another record and it works fine, so my question is why its not working on the first record?
