Sync issue between IArtable & Noloco

It could be the aftermath or last night’s issue with Airtable, but it looks like the Oauth between my airtable and Noloco is not working properly. I cannot sync any airtable db, nor can I add a new one. The error mssages clearly state Oauth (“could not refresh airtable Oauth token”).

Is ithis a problem that will be fixed automatically, or should I do something on my end? If so, what?

In the mean time, the app is down because we cannot change anything…

Ok I think it’s fixed now. The solution is to go to Settings > Integration and manually reconnect the app with Airtable there.

Hi @Polka - thanks for reaching out to us.

As you, and many of our other users discovered, due to the aftermath of the Airtable incident on Friday 20th of February, you had to reconnect your Airtable account to Noloco through the Settings and Integrations page in your Noloco app.

We communicated this via email to anyone who had connected an Airtable base to Noloco, yesterday, Monday 23rd of February.

If anyone is still facing issues:

To restore the connection, please re-authorize your Airtable account by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations & API Keys in any of your Noloco apps

  2. Scroll down to Airtable and click on Reconnect

  3. Click on Add all resources - this is important so that Noloco has access to any base that you have connected to Noloco, or that you might need to connect in the future.

  4. Click on Grant access

You only need to do this step once, even if you have multiple bases connected across multiple apps.

After this, please manually run a schema sync for each of your bases in each of your apps.
