I’d like the ability to toggle Comments and Internal Notes separately at the record level.
My team should only be using internal notes as all our comments are internal by nature, but I know they won’t always remember to flip over to it.
Ideally, there would be a Pages table (including record details pages) exposed in the app settings that would allow certain preferences to be configured in-bulk, such as “enable record comments”. That way we wouldn’t need to go through every page to toggle if a mass change needs to happen.
