Workflow trigger not triggering when field updated

Hi, I have a workflow that’s set to run when a specific field is updated, but it’s not triggering when that field is updated.

I’m using a Noloco form (action button with module) to update that field and I’m using an Airtable base. The only time that the automation triggers is the first time that the field is updated, not any subsequent times.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi @marisa just to confirm a few things:

  • You’re only updating the field from Noloco, not Airtable directly?
  • Have you published the app since creating/modifying the workflow?
    • If not, then for non-admins the workflow won’t exist

We haven’t seen this issue before so it sounds like it’s possibly one of the two issues mentioned above
