Currently, dropdowns appear even when no action buttons are visible for the logged-in user. This likely occurs because the buttons exist but are not displayed due to permission settings. However, it would be more intuitive if the dropdown itself were hidden when no buttons are visible. Alternatively, there could be an option to completely hide the action button section for specific users based on their roles or permissions.
Right now it’s confusing our mobile users.
