Not sure if this is a bug, but I feel like I used to be able to sort tables by single-select fields from the “Sort and Limit” options but cannot now.
If I’m mistaken, consider this a Feature Requests

Hey @jesse - unfortunately not something we can easily support, but we’re always thinking about it.
As you might expect, the workaround is to add a formula field that you can sort by instead
