Dynamic Form Filters don't seem to be available any more

@darragh I have more than a few of these that I previously set up using the procedure here


I no longer see the option to use a Form Value only

and when I went back to the a currently working instance to make sure I was doing it correctly I see

This usually happens when the field you’ve chosen:

  • No longer exists
  • Is no longer a valid option (based on a change in the field type, or an adjacent field type)
  • The ‘Agency’ field’s type has changed which changes the valid options you have

If you want to reach out to our support through the in-app chat we can help you determine the cause, and what new field value is appropriate.

That’s why I went back and checked the previous filters. Every one I’ve found on my test and live app shows the same error. I didn’t make any changes. Plus I can’t set up any new ones that work.
