Is there a way to unlink a record via Workflows?

Like the title says, is there a way to empty a linked field via Workflows?

If I use “update record” and then leave the according linked field empty, the existing linked record stays in it.
If i insert “empty value” the existing linked records still stays in it.

Is there possibly a trick how to archive this?

I’m trying to temporarly link a record, use some info from it and then unlink it again.

edit: oh okay I just realised that i can archive this by just inserting the linked records again and its gone. Very nice.

Hey @_4N - you should be able to do this with the empty value are you sure this didn’t work for you?

If it’s a multi field, “toggling” the link by re-updating would also work though
